Appointment Policy and Procedures

Dental Appointment Confirmation

An appointment is time reserved in advance for you, the patient. If for any reason, this reserved time needs to be adjusted at your end, we ask that you provide us with as much lead time as possible to make the necessary re-scheduling changes.

**We require a minimum of 2 business days cancellation notice for any changes.
Please note, a cancellation fee may be invoiced. This will be reviewed on a one-by-one basis.

Confirmation Procedure

We send you an email two weeks prior to the appointment date. You simply click on the link to confirm this appointment. If you do not use email or we do not receive an email response from you, we will telephone you at least one week prior to the appointment. Within four days of your appointment, we ask for a confirmation from you.  If you do not return our call or email to confirm with us, the appointment will be removed from the schedule.

It is therefore critical that we know the best way to reach you and that you are available to us to communicate as needed.

Medicare Covered Appointments

**If you are covered by Medicare, you must present a valid Medicare card upon arrival and Claim Slip (if needed).  If you do not have these documents with you at the appointment we will not be able to provide you with service.
